| MATCHING | -Roosters are matched according to weight only. -The maximum difference between two opposing roosters is +/- 35 grams. -Opponents are determined via computer matching. -Fight sequencing is pro-rated depending on the number of entries in a derby. -Weigh-in on fight day is based on the submitted weight and a give and take of +/- 35 grams is allowed. - In case a rooster has no opponent within the same weight range, the House provides a Joker for the unmatched rooster. |
| DERBY RULES | -A mandatory heating time of 2 minutes 30 seconds per fight is permitted. - In the event that a rooster refuses to fight, or is limping on its knife leg, the fight is cancelled and the derby program moves on to the next scheduled fight. -Before the opposing roosters are released, cockpit personnel should carefully check if the attached knives are sharply honed. -A maximum time of 10 minutes per fight is allowed before a winner is declared. Countdown starts only when the roosters engage in battle. -Before a winning rooster is officially declared, it should peck its opponent twice. If the defeated rooster does not retaliate after three (3) tries, the pecking rooster wins. -If both roosters fail to peck twice, a DRAW is declared and wagers are returned. -The referees decision is final unless overturned by the Pit Manager. |
| 1. | Standard 50/50 commission across all levels (MA to Gold Agent/Gold to Silver/Silver to Bronze). |
| 2. | All Agent levels correct/rectify their commission schemes according to company policy (50/50 commission). |
| 3. | Moving forward Silver level agents wont be allowed to recruit another agent below him/her. Silver Agent can add Direct players only. |
| 4. | Whatever Bronze Agent level we have as of the current will remain as is and can no longer be added. Bronze level agent can still add Direct players at this level. |
| 5. | No side deals/commission scheme/incentives is allowed aside from what is stated by the company (50/50 commission). |
| 6. | Pirating/Luring Agents/players by giving incentives is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by our company. |
| 7. | Standard 50/50 commission across all levels (MA to Gold Agent/Gold to Silver/Silver to Bronze). |
| 8. | Posting Videos, pictures fight cards schedules in SOCIAL MEDIA for PUBLIC VIEWING is NOT ALLOWED. |
| 9. | Rumor mongering against fellow MAs is not permissible. Company promotes Healthy competition amongst MAs. |
| 10. | Master Agents should treat their Sub-Agents professionally and with courtesy. As they reflect/represent the company's image. |
| 11. | Master Agents should CONSTANTLY remind their Gold/Silver/Bronze level agents about company policy. |
| 12. | Master Agents will be held ACCOUNTABLE for their Gold/Silver/Bronze level agent actions. |
| 13. | Management is reminding all Master Agents/Sub/Agents up to Direct Players to keep a low key/profile. FLashing of Load/commission wallets/Bets per fight in Social Media is highly discouraged. |
| 14. | Company does not/will not tolerate LIFE THREATENING ACTS/ACTS OF VIOLENCE towards fellow agent/agents. |
| 15. | All loan contracts/required information details provided by Master Agent to the company should be complete and should indicate their true identity. |
